 Our high quality wooden crafts and souvenirs have become well known in Jamaica and are looked upon favorably by both tourists and exporters alike. Volunteers in the community also display our products at various organizations, bazaars and at many pre-Christmas sales events in Jamaica.
Without the support and opportunities to earn a living provided by Monex Ltd, our producers would remain unemployed and dependent on their families. Most physically disabled people are capable of working and living independently. All they need is the opportunity to acquire useful skills and the chance to use them to earn an income.
Based on our years of experience in production and marketing of handicrafts, Monex believes that the making of quality wooden handicrafts for sale to foreign tourists, locals and for export has a tremendous potential for meaningful employment and money earning possibilities for disabled people in Jamaica.
